Felinology Club "Bastet"
CFe "Bastet"- Gabrovo is a nonprofit organization, registered in April 2003 by the Gabrovo District Court. This is a voluntary organization which main goals are protection, breeding and public representation of cats, consistent with international rules and standards in this area, and the Law on veterinary - medical practice in Bulgaria. President: Rosemary Kazasova, Vice President:Dr. Rosen Dimitrov, Chief Accountant: Temenujka Nikolova.
Since 01.07.2007 Kfe "Bastet is a member of NFFe Sofia. All breeders of our organization are registered in NFFe and FIFe.
Another recognition of the Bulgarian Manx cats
On 10.12.2011, exchange of cats from the rare breeds Manx and Cymric was made. Mrs. Ina Koli came from Finland, brought FI*D'manns 2 Blaa – lovely young black and white Cymric girl and took back to Finland CH BG*North Prince Rozmar – white odd-eyed Manx boy. The friendly meeting was attended by Mr. Hristo Simeonov – representative of NFFe and Mr. Svetoslav Slavchev from Gabrovo. I, Rozmary Kazasova, in my capacity as Chairman of the Club of Felinology "Bastet"-Gabrovo express my infinite gratitude to the Finnish breeders - Tuija Aaltonen (TA-cattery) and Anna Aalto (Caaleigh-cattery), who sponsored this event and with this noble gesture help the development of the tailless breeds Manx and Cymric in my cattery BG*Rozmar, in Gabrovo and in Bulgaria. This is the first major international recognition for the great work on the selection, preservation and restoration of these cat breeds done by Mr. Rosen Dimitrov – DVM, Mr. Mario Dimitrov – Zoo-Eng, Mrs. Dora Getova – Zoo-Eng and Me. SPECIAL THANKS TO MR. HRISTO SIMEONOV, BECAUSE ONLY THANKS TO HIM THIS EXCHANGE MANAGED TO BE ORGANIZED AND TO TAKE PLACE!

Representatives of the Felinology Club "Bastet" Gabrovo (club member of NFFe Sofia) participated in the International exhibition of cats 20.11.2011 in Sofia. Everyone enjoyed this wonderful show. The exotic cat BG * Cocolino Galiper owned by breeder BG * Chickonetti won champion title and now on will carry the letters "CH" in front of his name. White handsome tom-cat with different eyes BG * CH North Prince Rozmar from the rare Manx breed charmed the judges again and received another diploma in his way to the Intershampion title. North Prince is about to be replaced with a cat from a Kimrik breed in Finland and this is yet another international recognition of Gabrovo's cats from the manx breed.

On 21.05.2011 ã. from 10.30h to 14.30h in Sports hall „Orlovets” in Gabrovo was held „Cat Carnival”, „CAt beauty contest” and the„Best bred cat, sponsors Award”.This is the is the tenth anniversary of the cat carnival in Gabrovo and special awards for longest participation of the owners in the carnival was given.
